3D Stone Effect Wall Panel ÓROS

Basalte d'Islande

The Óros collection consists of a single textured panel that interlocks like a puzzle to dress your walls with elegance. Its mineral resin surface preserves the natural touch of stone, while its rigid foam core ensures a lightness far superior to that of traditional stone cladding. Unlike stone veneer sheets, it brings true sculptural volume to the wall while remaining easy to cut with a jigsaw and simple to glue.

 Everything About the ÓROS PaneL

Features & Dimensions

DIMENSIONS

Effective Size : 1390 x 980 mm
Overall : 1723 × 1120 mm
Packaged : 1900 x 1200 x 110mm

THICKNESS

from 10 to 85 mm

WEIGHT

Coverage Area

Each panel covers a surface area of 1,38 m².

USAGE

Designed for interior use, the panel is moisture-resistant and suitable for spaces such as kitchens or bathrooms. However, it is not recommended for use as a backsplash or inside a shower cabin, where frequent cleaning and harsh detergents may damage the surface. For installations near a heat source (fireplace, stove), please ensure safety distances and the appliance manufacturer’s recommendations are strictly followed.

LAYOUT

The Óros collection features an interlocking panel designed to fit together like a puzzle. You can assemble as many as needed, either horizontally or vertically, depending on your design preferences.
To ensure a natural look and minimize pattern repetition, we recommend not covering more than ten square meters in a single continuous section. In such cases, it is best to split the surface or incorporate a visual break.
Each panel is hand-painted: they are all unique and may feature slight variations in shade or texture.

Composition & Material Quality

COMPOsition

Our panels feature a mineral resin surface that ensures an unparalleled quality of finish. This eco-friendly resin preserves the authentic, natural touch of stone.
The core is made of high-density rigid foam lightweight yet durable offering valuable thermal and acoustic insulation performance.

ORIGIN

Each panel is handcrafted in our Auvergne workshop using our patented process.

Thermal Insulation

Each panel provides a thermal insulation boost equivalent to an average of 10 cm of glass wool. While not a substitute for standard full-scale insulation, it offers a significant thermal advantage in a world where every small step contributes to environmental impact.

ACOUSTICS

Thanks to their deep, irregular relief, our panels reduce resonance, enhance sound diffusion, and strengthen acoustic insulation between spaces.

 Easy Installation & Low Maintenance

InstalLation

How to Install

Our panels are secured using our MS polymer adhesive cartridges. They can be installed on most surfaces, including concrete, drywall, wood, tiles, OSB, and more.

CUTTING

Voici une traduction technique et précise qui respecte les spécificités de votre outillage et vos recommandations de finition. Traduction Premium Panels can be cut using a jigsaw (or a reciprocating saw). Use a blade with a cutting depth greater than 85 mm. We recommend using a carbide or diamond blade, as mineral resin is highly abrasive. Alternatively, have several wood blades on hand. The cutting process may cause minor chipping on the visible surface. We recommend using our Touch-up Kit paint for a professional, seamless finish.
Recommended products: Jigsaw blade - KOPTÔ, Joints & Finishes - Touch-up kit

Jointing

For interior installations, jointing is optional. For complete sealing (either for aesthetics or functionality), you can apply a bead of adhesive around the perimeter during installation, and a finishing joint between panels using the Touch-up Kit.
For the wall’s outer edges (sides, floor, ceiling), a standard acrylic sealant is also suitable. Note: the paint from the Touch-up Kit can be used to tint an acrylic sealant for a perfect color match.
Recommended products: Adhesive Cartridge - KÓLLA, Joints & Finishes - Touch-up kit

Edges & Corners

If the panel ends at a wall edge (exposed wall) or in the middle of a wall (partial wall), treat the edges with the Touch-up Kit to cover the visible foam core.
For a 90° outside corner, make a 45° miter cut using a blade with a depth ≥ 130 mm (e.g., T1044DP), then finish with the Touch-up Kit.

 Cleaning Advice

Dusting

Use a slightly damp sponge or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment. Avoid using dry cloths, as they may snag on the rough, natural textures of the relief.

Repairs & Touch-ups

In the event of a chip or impact, a Touch-up Kit is available. It allows for quick and discreet repairs, eliminating the need for replacement.

cleaning

In case of stains or dirt, clean with a soft sponge and soapy water. Do not use abrasive products, solvents, or aggressive detergents.

Calculate the Number of Panels Needed

Configurator

Use our online calculator to estimate how many panels you need for your project. It accounts for cut lines and optimises the layout to ensure full coverage.

To use it, simply enter your project’s net surface area. The calculator will automatically determine the required number of panels.

The white outline represents your actual wall area. Any parts extending beyond it are offcuts.

If some areas inside the outline appear uncovered, that’s normal. It means you’ll use the offcuts from the opposite side to complete the wall.

Waste optimization

If you notice in the calculator that there are a lot of offcuts, here are a few tips to reduce waste and potentially lower the number of panels needed:

• Raise the bottom of the wall with a base plinth.

• Create a side frame in wood or plasterboard with a thickness equal to or greater than the panel, and recess the stone-effect surface into the wall.

• Use our adhesive sealant and touch-up kit to fill small gaps under 1 cm.
