2,300 years ago, the city of Petra, located in the Jordanian desert, emerged from the golden sands with majestic grace. Its pink sandstone cliffs, carved like jewels by the hands of ancient master architects, bear witness to their skill. The very name Petra, meaning “rock” in Greek, is deeply rooted in the Greek language, underscoring the importance of stone in the identity of this archaeological site.
Lithe, derived from the ancient Greek lithos, is used to create terms related to stone, such as monolith, megalith, and now Petralithe.
Our inspirations
THE “NEW” FUTURE
Petralithe draws inspiration from nature, with its organic and wild forms. In the same way as the artistic movement that marked 19th-century architecture: Art Nouveau.
The boundaries between architecture and decoration are blurring, making our creations both functional and ornamental.
From sculpture to architecture, literature to music, creators have constantly sought to capture and reflect the grandeur and harmony of their surroundings. Thus, nature remains an inexhaustible source of fascination.

A movementA mov ement
Art Nouveau is a 19th-century European artistic movement characterized by lines inspired by nature, the use of modern materials, and the integration of art into everyday life.
The figures of Art Nouveau were avant-garde decorators. They sought to unify different art forms, integrating sculpture, painting, architecture, interior design, and decorative arts into their creations.

Innovation is the common thread running through our creations, involving a constant quest for new methods and technologies. What was once out of reach in the 19th century is now made possible thanks to 3D printing and innovative processes.
"It is always Nature that we must ask for advice."

Our creative process
Capter les reliefs de la roche
Cutting-edge 3D scanning and printing technologies give us the ability to instantly capture surfaces, allowing us to reproduce nature in minute detail without damaging it.
This patented process is then combined with materials with exceptional properties to offer you extraordinary products, providing stone walls with superior realism that are more lifelike than nature itself.
A word from the founder
From Climbing to Craftsmanship: The Path to Mineral Authenticity
As a climbing enthusiast, I wanted to recapture that authentic mineral and tactile sensation. It took three years of hard work to create a prototype that met my expectations.
Inspired by the values of rigor and reflection of my grandfather, a respected engineer, I designed a product that is both aesthetic and functional, reflecting my commitment to quality and simplicity.
Thus, I turned my dream into reality, offering interiors a touch of sophistication and authenticity, a perfect fusion of minimalism and design.
In the minds of architects, a vision was born: to enhance modern interiors by installing natural rock walls.
From the moment I first encountered this idea, I was captivated, promising myself that I would incorporate this aesthetic into my future office. But building a house inside a mountain was impossible. So I set out to find a solution, a way to faithfully reproduce the texture and feel of stone indoors, while remaining easy to install.
