FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PRODUCTS

They are 3D decorative wall panels with a textured, stone-like effect created by a mineral-resin surface layer that provides natural-looking texture, combined with a rigid foam core for volume and lightness. When ordering multiple panels, they align and interlock to create a continuous surface. They are made in France, in our workshop.

The visible face is a mineral resin (stone-effect finish). The volume and lightness come from a rigid foam core. Panels are handmade and made to order.

Yes. We currently offer eight colours inspired by real places, available directly in the shop.

Yes, our panels are hand-painted in our workshop in Auvergne, France.

Yes. Handmade production can result in slight variations in colour, texture, or finish. This is not considered a defect.

Yes. When installing several panels, they are designed to align and interlock to create a continuous surface.

No, as long as the surface remains reasonable. The panels are large and hand-painted, making each one unique and greatly reducing repetition.

Yes, we offer complementary accessories (adhesive, touch-up kit, etc.).

INSTALLATION

Installation is simpler than traditional stone cladding and does not require heavy work. Panels can be cut with a jigsaw, bonded with cartridge adhesive, then finished using the touch-up kit.

No. If you do not wish to install them yourself, you can hire a local professional.

Yes, a DIY-minded person can do it with the right tools and careful installation. If you prefer, you can hire a local professional.

Most common substrates (drywall, plaster, concrete, wood, etc.), as long as the surface is sound, clean, dry, and stable.

Yes, outside areas exposed to direct and frequent water runoff. We recommend avoiding installation inside a shower enclosure, as frequent cleaning (limescale, friction, cleaning products) can mark the finish over time.

It is possible, but it is not the most comfortable use if you plan frequent cleaning with degreasers and abrasive sponges. We recommend using them in areas less exposed to splashes.

Yes, provided there is no water infiltration behind the panels and the substrate is suitable. Outdoor installation requires careful workmanship, especially applying a continuous adhesive bead around the perimeter during installation and finishing joints between panels with the touch-up kit.

Yes, they can be used in humid environments (spa, pool area, changing rooms), provided you avoid areas exposed to continuous water or repeated direct splashes. We do not recommend surfaces in permanent contact with water or exposed to intensive, frequent cleaning (limescale, friction, cleaning products), which can mark the finish over time. For long-lasting results, ensure good ventilation and careful installation, with watertight joint finishing where needed.

Yes, provided you respect the safety distances specified by the appliance manufacturer and avoid areas exposed to high temperatures.

Although conceivable, we have not tested it. Ceiling installation is therefore not covered by our installation guidance. It should only be considered as a specific case, installed by a professional under their responsibility, after validating the substrate and bonding method.

Panels can be cut with a jigsaw (or a reciprocating saw). Use a blade with a cutting depth greater than 85 mm. Prefer carbide or diamond blades, as the mineral resin is very abrasive. Otherwise, plan for several wood blades. Cutting may cause small chips on the visible face. Use touch-up paint for a clean finish.

Yes, depending on the blade and method. Small repairs can be handled with a touch-up kit for a clean finish. In most cases, the touch-up paint is sufficient, the full kit is not necessary.

No worries: small gaps can generally be corrected with the touch-up kit by filling and colour-matching for an even finish.

Depending on the gap width, you can either correct it with the touch-up kit or use an acrylic sealant for a clean finish. Once dry, the sealant can be painted with touch-up paint to blend in.

No. The panel can often be installed and repaired with the touch-up kit to restore a clean appearance. For major damage, contact us with a photo before installation so we can advise the best solution.

No. Impacts can be repaired with the touch-up kit, without replacing the panel.

Yes. Simply cut panels with a 45° mitre, then fill and blend the junction with the touch-up kit for a clean, discreet finish.

Avoid leaving a raw cut edge visible. Terminate the panel against a clean stop (adjacent wall, ceiling, floor, furniture) and finish with a discreet sealant if necessary. If an edge remains visible, you can hide it with a finishing trim (corner bead or moulding) or treat it with the touch-up kit to give it a stone-like appearance and match the panel face.

Yes. Lightweight decorative items (frames, small plants, accessories) can be glued, nailed, or screwed directly into the panel. For heavy or structural items (shelves, TV, lamp, etc.), fix into the wall behind the panel with suitable anchors. The touch-up kit can be used to finish around fixing points if needed.

Yes. First create a box (a small casing, like a cube/rectangle open on the wall side) at the socket/switch location, made for example from wood or drywall, sized to sit flush with the most protruding part of the relief. Then cut the panel to fit this box. Once in place, drill with a hole saw, install an electrical back box, then the socket or switch. This box can then be covered with the touch-up kit (or simply painted) to blend with the stone effect.

ORDERING

You can order via the Website shop

Once production has started, no modification or cancellation can be accepted without prior written agreement.

Yes, panels are made to order. Accessories are generally in stock.

Payment is made at the time of order, by bank transfer or via the payment methods offered on the Website (processed by third-party providers).

Yes. We offer 3 interest-free installments via Klarna (subject to eligibility under Klarna’s terms).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Panels are made to order. The average production time is 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and depends on production workload. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 48 to 72 hours, depending on the carrier and destination.

Worldwide. Delivery within mainland France is available directly through the Website. For delivery outside mainland France, please contact us to arrange a customised shipment (customs duties and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility).

Delivery is free in mainland France from a certain number of panels, as specified on the Website.

Depending on the quantity and type of products, delivery may be made in individual boxes or on a pallet. Delivery is made at the building entrance or at the foot of the property. The carrier does not deliver inside or to upper floors and does not take back packaging.

Yes, a valid phone number is required so the carrier can contact you. A delivery appointment is often offered, but this depends on the carrier’s organisation and is not guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply if the carrier’s instructions are not followed, especially in the event of absence at the agreed appointment.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Dust with a vacuum cleaner fitted with a brush attachment. For cleaning, use a soft, slightly damp sponge. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh products, especially in high-use areas.

For highly exposed areas (backsplash, shower), maintenance will be more demanding. We recommend avoiding areas with direct water runoff and aggressive cleaning.

RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

For made-to-order or personalised products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are accepted only in the event of a defect observed upon delivery and validated by our team, with prior authorisation.

For standard products that are not made to order, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

No. The right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code applies only to consumers.

Upon delivery, carefully check the condition of the parcels in the presence of the carrier before signing the delivery note. If you notice any issue, write detailed reservations immediately on the delivery note. Reservations must be dated, signed, and specific: “parcel damaged” is not sufficient. Specify the exact issue (breakage, scratches, crushed corner, cracked panel, quantity error, wrong reference, etc.) and take clear photos of the parcel and the damage. Without detailed reservations and proof, the claim may not be accepted. After delivery, contact us as soon as possible with your photos and order details so we can propose a solution.
